This session has 2 presentations and begins with PhD Researcher, Conall Daley from Trinity College, Dublin, presenting his paper on Efficient Metrics for Quality Assessment of Video Frame Interpolation.  This is a detailed look at AI tools in film and broadcast post-production workflows, with practical examples of AI reducing time and improving quality and how it is used.  The second presentation, What Happens When you Combine 35mm Film with LED-Volume, is from Sebastian Burk, of Stuttgart Media University.  How does one integrate film into an entirely digital production environment with synchronization, colour calibration and monitoring, and how can celluloid film benefit moire, colour rendition and the overall look on the other hand?
